It consists of a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (with 1 double bed + 1 extra single bed), as well as 1 full bathroom, accommodating up to 3 people. Additional services include a washing machine, television, and air conditioning.

🌊The apartment is located a 3-minute walk from the center of Conil de la Frontera, where you will find a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The beautiful sandy beaches of the region, such as Playa de Los Bateles and Playa la Fontanilla, are about a 17-minute walk away, ideal for various water activities. The wonderful Atalaya Park is about a 15-minute walk away. HOUSE POLICY Only families and couples are accepted. Groups are not accepted.

🏠Additional persons beyond those included in the reservation are prohibited (an additional fee will be charged for any additional person). Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-refund of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation. Please note that the property must be clean and tidy at the time of departure, especially regarding the dishes (which must be washed and placed in their place) and the garbage (which must be taken out). Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

🍳One child under 5 years old can stay free of charge using existing beds. No parties or loud music during resting hours. Pets are allowed upon request.
